01 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 39 gl Casino (referred to herein as "39 gl," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at 39gl.club and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 39 gl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or clicking any acknowledgment button during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 39 gl Platform.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 39 gl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by 39 gl.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 39 gl does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the 39 gl Platform or from any gaming platform under a self-exclusion program in force. Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not an Employee or Associate: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 39 gl, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly authorized in writing by 39 gl management.

39 gl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by 39 gl may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 39 gl Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 39 gl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. 39 gl employs technical and manual monitoring measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 39 gl may, at its absolute discretion, close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain any balance for investigation purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. 39 gl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 39 gl support immediately at [email protected]. 39 gl may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your 39 gl account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. The balance remaining after any applicable fees will be preserved and returned to you upon successful reactivation of your account through identity verification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 39 gl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 39 gl does not impose deposit fees; however, transaction charges applied by your payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank, or other) remain the responsibility of the Player.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 39 gl wallet upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit is ₱100. 39 gl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Deposits that are not credited within thirty (30) minutes should be reported to support with transaction reference details.

39 gl accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds originating from accounts belonging to another person — are prohibited and will be returned where possible, subject to a processing fee.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of 39 gl. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 39 gl reserves the right to apply processing times as published in the help section of the Platform, with standard processing targeting one (1) business day for verified accounts.

39 gl may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, 39 gl will notify you of the reason for delay within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PHP. Players are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to their gaming winnings under Philippine law or the law of their jurisdiction of residence. 39 gl does not withhold or remit income tax on Player winnings and does not provide tax advice.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

39 gl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives (collectively "Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• 39 gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical exploitation, or violation of promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus winnings obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or third-party funding, will be voided without compensation.
• 39 gl is not responsible for technical malfunctions or system errors that result in erroneous bonus awards. Bonuses awarded in error will be cancelled and any resulting play or winnings may be voided.

06 Game Rules and Fair Conduct

Each game available on the 39 gl Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of specific game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund claim.

Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical cards, dice, or wheels. Game outcomes are final once the round is closed by the dealer or system. RNG-based games use certified random number generators, the parameters of which are disclosed in game information panels. All game outcomes are generated independently of any individual player action.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games and other RNG titles are published in the game information panel accessible within each game on the 39 gl Platform. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session or wager.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39 gl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility status at any point during registration or use of the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker variants or other player-versus-player game formats.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any other tool that interacts with the Platform without direct manual control by a human player.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any form of advantage play not consistent with normal recreational use.
• Money Laundering: Using the 39 gl Platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or disguising the origin of funds derived from illegal activity. 39 gl is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or game malfunctions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to the Platform's backend systems, other players' accounts, or any restricted area of the Platform through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions, self-exclusion, or account suspension measures imposed by 39 gl.

08 Responsible Gaming

39 gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the harm associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools within every 39 gl account, accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period, after which you will be unable to place further wagers until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or enforced logouts after a defined continuous play duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 39 gl Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is enforced at the account level. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 39 gl Platform — including but not limited to: software, source code, game engines, graphics, animations, sounds, text, data compilations, brand names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of 39 gl or is used under valid license from third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 39 gl Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Platform software or game content;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from 39 gl;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 39 gl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action for damages. 39 gl actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its proprietary assets.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

39 gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and accessible at 39gl.club/privacy-policy.

By using the 39 gl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, account verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

39 gl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation when using any online service.

39 gl does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software providers) and to regulatory authorities where legally required.

11 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 39 gl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 39 gl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

39 gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 39 gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, transaction processing, or any other aspect of the 39 gl Platform, you should follow this resolution procedure:

1. First Contact: Submit a written dispute to 39 gl support at [email protected], including your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 39 gl will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days.
2. Investigation: 39 gl will investigate the dispute using available technical logs, game records, and transaction data. A substantive response will be provided within ten (10) business days of acknowledgment.
3. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with 39 gl's response, you may request escalation to 39 gl's compliance team. A final determination will be provided within twenty (20) business days of escalation.

Game outcomes generated by certified RNG systems or live dealer operations that function as intended are not subject to reversal on the basis of personal dissatisfaction with the result.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

39 gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where 39 gl reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• You have engaged in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 39 gl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Upon account termination for cause, 39 gl may confiscate the balance of your account pending investigation. Where investigation confirms material breach, the balance may be retained as liquidated damages. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 39 gl support. Voluntary account closure requires that all active bonus terms are satisfied or forfeited prior to processing, and that there are no outstanding disputes or investigations related to your account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

39 gl reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their 39 gl account, and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon Platform login, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 39 gl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at 39gl.club/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 39 gl Platform.

Nothing in this section shall limit 39 gl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect 39 gl's intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
